Meeting Schedule 2011 to 2012+
The AHTS holds a general meeting of society members on the 3rd Friday of even months at Hawthorn town hall.360 Burwood Road, Hawthorn(opposite VTM.) at 7.30pm .
Non members are also welcome at these meetings.
Additionally, the office bearers and committee meet on the 2nd Wednesday of odd months at venue to be announced At 7.00 pm. ( at members agreement may be moved to the Sunday before.)
The Xmas do is the second Saturday in Dec, as HRSA use the first weekend.
